Job description

• Midwest Regional Fleet operating out of Gary, IN
• Operating area covering Midwestern states
• Home every weekend for a 34-hour DOT-compliant reset
• No prior experience required
• Dry van operation - 100% no-touch freight, 80% drop-and-hook

Pay

• $0.56 cents per mile - starting rate
• Estimated weekly earnings: $1,500–$2,100
• Safety and Performance Bonus paid monthly

Freight and volume

• 100% no-touch freight
• 80% drop-and-hook
• Dry van loads exclusively

Equipment and services

• Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors
• ELD-equipped and fully HOS-compliant
• 24/7 operational support available at all times

Requirements and responsibilities

• Valid Class A CDL issued in the United States
• No prior experience required - recent CDL school graduates welcome
• 21 years of age or older
• Must successfully pass a DOT physical examination and hold a valid DOT medical examiner's certificate
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
• Must reside within the regional area of operations
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
• Commitment to on-time pick-up and delivery
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections consistently
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation in compliance with HOS regulations
• Comply with all state, federal, and company standards
