Regional Class A Company Driver

We are hiring CDL-A drivers based near Schertz, TX for dry van routes. Enjoy steady miles, automatic trucks, and home time every two weeks. Recent CDL graduates and experienced drivers are welcome to apply.

Job Details:

• Position: Company Driver
• Freight Type: Dry Van
• Equipment: 2023-2025 Freightliner Cascadia automatics
• Home Time: Every two weeks

Pay & Bonuses

• Average weekly earnings: $1,250 – $1,500
• Annual Pay: $73,372 - $82,212
• CPM: 0.55 to start (0–11 months experience)
• Weekly mileage: 2,500 – 2,800 miles
• Short haul pay: $20/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
• Stop pay: $15 per stop

Freight Handling:

• Mix of drop and hook, preload, and live load/unload
• No-touch freight

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license
• 21+ years old
• Clean driving record (minor violations OK)
• No SAP or DUI history

Note: Recent CDL graduates are welcome — no prior driving experience required beyond your CDL-A certification.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Drive dry van tractor-trailer on assigned regional lanes
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communicate with dispatch on trip progress and ETAs
• Handle freight safely — mostly no-touch loads
• Plan routes to stay on schedule and maximize miles
