Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and relationship-driven Regional Corrections Partnerships Managers to represent Encartele in the MIDWEST.

Each regional role combines account management, public-safety relationship development, and new business expansion. You will act as a trusted advisor to correctional facilities—helping administrators identify operational challenges and matching them with modern technology solutions that improve communication, safety, and overall facility performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with correctional facility clients in your assigned region.
• Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to sheriffs, jail administrators, and command staff, offering guidance on communication systems, operational tools, and environmental health solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through regional networking, referrals, industry events, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct onsite visits, system demonstrations, workflow evaluations, and solution-planning sessions.
• Understand each facility’s unique operational challenges and work with internal teams to provide customized technology recommendations.
• Ensure service excellence, consistent follow-through, and high standards of integrity during every client interaction.
• Represent Encartele at trade shows, conferences, and meetings while traveling extensively throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage a regional territory and maintain high levels of independence.
• Highly self-motivated, reliable, and professional.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating correctional environments.
• Experience in corrections, law enforcement, public safety, or government technology (preferred).
• Ability to travel within the region 50–75%.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
