Building Kidz is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Director to oversee and support multiple early childhood education centers in the Gilbert/Chandler area. This is a leadership role for someone passionate about high-quality early education, operational excellence, and developing strong center teams.

Position Overview

The Regional Director will provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight for two centers in the Gilbert/Chandler market. This role focuses on ensuring compliance, driving enrollment growth, supporting center leadership teams, and maintaining consistent program quality.

You will serve as a key connector between company leadership and on-site directors, helping build strong, high-performing centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for two early childhood education centers
  • Provide regular on-site leadership, coaching, and support to center directors
  • Ensure compliance with Arizona childcare licensing regulations and company policies
  • Support enrollment growth and family engagement strategies across centers
  • Train and develop center directors in leadership, operations, and retention practices
  • Strengthen staff performance, culture, and team development initiatives
  • Maintain consistent program quality and operational standards across locations
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, families, and staff

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in early childhood education ( Regional Director level)
  • Strong understanding of Arizona childcare licensing requirements
  • Experience supporting enrollment growth and family retention strategies
  • Proven ability to coach, train, and develop center leadership teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with NAEYC accreditation standards
  • AA degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Additional Details

  • Location: Gilbert / Chandler, Arizona (in-person role)
  • Travel: Regular travel between local centers required; occasional travel to corporate office in Foster City, CA
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time
