We are hiring a Regional Director to lead operations, sales, financial performance, and personnel management for the Southwest Region. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safety, profitability, and operational execution across multiple business units in the M ining and Industrial construction sectors.


We’re looking for a strong, people-focused Leader with the ability to lead teams, drive performance, and contribute to the growth of the SW Region.

What You Will Do

  • Lead all regional operations, ensuring safety, quality, customer service, and productivity standards are met.
  • Champion our safety culture and maintain regional safety programs in partnership with the Safety Director.
  • Oversee regional sales activities, forecasting, and job profitability.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Directors on pricing, bids, marketing strategies, and business development efforts.
  • Manage labor utilization, operating costs, contracts, and regional resources.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Partner with HR on employee relations and personnel issues.
  • Oversee regional facilities, equipment, and fleet management.
  • Build and execute annual budgets, forecasts, and profit targets in collaboration with leadership.
  • Submit capital expenditure requests as needed.


What You Bring

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in mining, industrial construction, or heavy industrial operations.
  • Strong understanding of operations, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and decision-making ability.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
