What You Will Do
-
Lead all regional operations, ensuring safety, quality, customer service, and productivity standards are met.

Champion our safety culture and maintain regional safety programs in partnership with the Safety Director.

Oversee regional sales activities, forecasting, and job profitability.

Collaborate with Business Unit Directors on pricing, bids, marketing strategies, and business development efforts.

Manage labor utilization, operating costs, contracts, and regional resources.
-
Drive employee engagement, retention, hiring, training, and performance management.

Partner with HR on employee relations and personnel issues.
-
Oversee regional facilities, equipment, and fleet management.
-
Build and execute annual budgets, forecasts, and profit targets in collaboration with leadership.

Submit capital expenditure requests as needed.
What You Bring
-
7+ years of leadership experience
in mining, industrial construction, or heavy industrial operations.

Strong understanding of operations, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
-
Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive performance.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
-
High level of professionalism, discretion, and decision-making ability.
-
Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
