We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Regional Director, Middle East & Africa with extensive experience as a Seller Business Development Manager to lead and expand our seller ecosystem across the region. This role is ideal for a senior commercial leader who excels in consultative sales, global relationship-building, and strategic market development with manufacturers and distributors.
The Regional Director will own the full seller lifecycle—from market research and outreach through contract negotiation and long-term partnership development—while driving revenue growth, market penetration, and brand recognition across the Middle East and Africa. This role works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to scale a high-tech, data-driven, e-commerce marketplace for raw ingredients and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional seller business development strategy across the Middle East and Africa, aligned with company revenue and growth objectives.
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and strategic partners using a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach.
- Own end-to-end sales execution, including research, outreach, pipeline development, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to capture market share, strengthen brand presence, and establish long-term seller partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis, track regional and global market trends, and prepare market intelligence and forecasting reports for leadership.
- Represent the company at local and international trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, supply chain, and technology teams to ensure seller success and platform adoption.
- Leverage CRM systems, analytics tools, and AI-enabled platforms to optimize lead generation, pipeline performance, and reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise regional or functional sales team members as the organization scales.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Agribusiness, International Business, Marketing, or Finance.
- 5–10 years of sales experience in services (e.g., consulting, media), food and beverage, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, and/or health and wellness.
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, build brand recognition, and grow market share.
- Strong experience researching and tracking market trends; drafting market and regional reports; and forecasting supply and demand for services and commodities.
- Advanced proficiency using CRMs, IBM Tableau, PowerPoint, AI tools, and other sales and lead-generation technologies.
- Demonstrated experience executing sales strategies at local and international trade shows.
- Supervisory or people-management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA from an accredited institution.
- Proven track record of sales success, particularly in services, agriculture, food, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, or related industries, including the ability to develop an independent lead pipeline.
- Entrepreneurial or start-up experience.
- Understanding of export-import and international trade, e-commerce platforms, raw ingredients sourcing, or global supply chains.
- Strong understanding of the business environment in the Middle East and/or Africa, including prior professional experience working in the region.

Pay: E£37,268.00 - E£46,824.00 per month
