Regional Director of Beverage Innovation

Job Summary:
Kombucha Wow Beverages Trading is seeking a creative and commercially driven Regional Director of Beverage Innovation to lead product development and innovation strategy in Doha. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape a growing beverage portfolio, develop new products, and drive market differentiation across the region. What you'll do:

• Lead beverage innovation strategy, product development, and portfolio expansion
• Develop new beverage formulations, flavors, and concepts aligned with market trends
• Oversee R&D processes from ideation to commercialization
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and supply chain teams for product launches
• Analyze consumer insights, industry trends, and competitor activity
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Optimize product cost, scalability, and production efficiency
• Manage partnerships with suppliers, labs, and external collaborators
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation pipelines
• Build and lead high-performing R&D and innovation teams

Requirements:

• Experience in beverage development, food science, or product innovation
• Understanding of beverage production, formulation, and quality standards
• Ability to lead innovation projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences in beverages
• Leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
