Regional Event Manager

For over 100 years, Passanante’s Home Food Service has been delivering premium-quality meats and organic vegetables directly to customers’ homes. Since 1916, we have built our reputation on providing exceptional products and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Regional Event Manager for our Palmetto office covering Myrtle Beach, Wilmington, Florence, and Charleston.

Our company participates in food and wine festivals, fairs, trade shows, and community events to promote our all-natural and organic home food delivery service. This is a full-time, weekend-heavy position with flexibility during the week to balance administrative responsibilities and family life through a hybrid work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate logistics for weekend events, including staffing, scheduling, supplies, and setup
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and support event staff
• Lead by example while working events alongside your team
• Oversee weekly payroll, production tracking, and event reporting
• Identify, research and secure new event opportunities to help grow the business
• Maintain strong communication with staff, event promoters, and management
• Ensure event booths maintain a professional, energetic, and engaging presence

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and management experience
• Hiring and team-building experience required
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Positive, enthusiastic personality with the ability to motivate others
• Comfortable engaging with customers and leading teams in a fast-paced environment
• Vehicle and a cell phone are required
• Computer proficiency with Email, Excel, Word, and CRM systems
• Event marketing or promotional experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate
