Regional Export Manager

Ranked as Turkey’s 73rd largest industrial enterprise and 54th largest exporter, Petlas is a leader in its sector and committed to continuous development. We are currently looking for an ‘’Regional Export Manager'’ at AKO Headquarters with the following qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or International Trade,
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and marketing in international markets,
• Preferably experienced in the tire industry,
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken),
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes,
• Proven experience in building and managing customer portfolios,
• Target- and performance-oriented working approach,
• Competent in analysis, reporting, and market monitoring,
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills,
• Preferably knowledgeable about the U.S. market and business practices.

Job Description

• Planning and executing sales and marketing activities for the U.S. market,
• Acquiring new customers and developing existing customer relationships,
• Setting, monitoring, and reporting sales targets,
• Identifying new business opportunities through market research,
• Managing trade fairs, meetings, and business development activities,
• Preparing and presenting regular sales and market reports.
