Job Description

FCRM Congo is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Regional Financial Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and providing strategic financial insights to support regional operations and decision-making.

Salary

• Average Monthly Salary: QAR 19,200

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze regional financial performance and prepare detailed financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor financial trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Assist management with strategic financial recommendations
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and reporting standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial efficiency
• Prepare variance analyses and present findings to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in financial analysis or regional reporting preferred
