QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong background in Technology & Digital environments
  • Proven experience managing regional and multi-country recruitment across Turkey and MEA within complex, matrix organizations
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for technology and digital roles across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • Proven experience in designing and executing end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategies, aligned with business growth objectives and workforce planning priorities
  • Strong capability to lead, coach and develop high-performing Talent Acquisition teams, fostering accountability, capability building and succession planning
  • Solid understanding of workforce planning, hiring analytics and recruitment KPIs, with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights and forecasts
  • Strong data and analytics orientation, including executive reporting on time-to-hire, quality of hire, funnel efficiency and hiring demand forecasting
  • Strategic, analytical and results-oriented leadership mindset, combined with strong execution capability
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Own and lead the regional Talent Acquisition strategy across Turkey and MEA, aligned with global people strategy and business growth priorities
  • Design, build and continuously evolve a Talent Acquisition Excellence (TA CoE) model at regional level, covering governance, operating model, standardized processes, candidate experience, hiring manager capability and vendor strategy
  • Lead end-to-end regional hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels, ensuring consistency, speed and quality across all markets
  • Build, lead and manage regional Talent Acquisition teams across multiple countries, including:

• Organizational design and resourcing of TA teams

• Coaching, performance management and capability development

• Succession planning and leadership pipeline for TA roles

  • Develop and execute talent strategies beyond hiring, including:

• Internal mobility and cross-functional transitions

• Succession pipelines for critical and leadership roles

• Regional retention and talent engagement strategies

  • Partner cross-functionally with HR and Business Leaders to ensure seamless integration across the end-to-end talent lifecycle
  • Establish and monitor recruitment analytics and KPIs across the region, providing executive-level insights on hiring performance, talent pipeline health and market risks
  • Embed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) principles into regional hiring strategies and TA operating models
  • Act as a thought leader on Turkey and MEA talent markets, providing insights on external trends, competitor intelligence and future skill needs
