Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Hospitality Revenue Auditor to oversee auditing of hospitality revenue operations, evaluate financial efficiency, and align revenue strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver robust audit insights that support growth, compliance, and long-term competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Auditing: Conduct audits of revenue streams across hotels, resorts, and regional hospitality operations.
• Financial Analysis: Evaluate budgets, variances, and profitability metrics.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks in hospitality operations and propose mitigation strategies.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, IFRS standards, and hospitality reporting requirements.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive adoption of digital audit tools, ERP systems, and automation practices.
• Collaboration: Partner with finance, operations, and marketing teams to align audit findings with business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, occupancy rates, and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
• Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports and present insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of auditing or financial analysis experience, with at least 3 years in hospitality-focused roles.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality audit frameworks and GCC regulatory environments.
• Expertise in ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, and audit management tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional hospitality organizations preferred.
