The Opportunity: (Focus on the role’s main goals and impact)
We are seeking a skilled Community HR Manager to serve as a vital link between our Corporate HR and our community-based Business Office Managers (BOMs). In this impactful role, you will champion a positive employee culture, lead employee relations investigations, and ensure compliance with federal and California employment laws across our communities. If you are a collaborative HR professional who excels at coaching and driving cultural initiatives, we want you on our team.
