Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional HR Business Partner to support our rapidly growing Southeast Region, with a home base in St. Petersburg, Florida. This role is ideal for an HR professional with deep experience in fast-paced, professional services or accounting environments. You will serve as a key connector between firmwide HR strategy and regional execution, balancing hands-on support with strategic partnership.
As a Regional HRBP, you will provide guidance and leadership on all facets of HR including employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and change leadership. You will work closely with regional leaders, employees, and the broader HR team to foster a high-performing, people-centric culture that aligns with our mission, values, and growth trajectory.
