Perfection Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner & Learning Development Coordinator to support our Central Region and Total Facility Solutions (TFS) teams. This exempt, dual-impact role focuses primarily on HR operations and associate support, with a secondary focus on facilitating training and coordinating our IGNITE Workforce & Employee Development programs.
The person will serve as a key HR resource for associates and leaders, driving engagement and culture while supporting learning and development initiatives. This role will evolve into a dedicated full-time Learning & Development position as the IGNITE program continues to expand. This position reports to the VP, People & Talent.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to associates and leaders within the Central Region and TFS teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to address recruiting needs and manage pre-hire processing.
- Support onboarding processes, enhance the new hire experience, and manage HR operational tasks.
- Build strong relationships to enhance associate engagement and foster a positive culture.
- Maintain accurate employee documentation and support HR metrics tracking.
- Facilitate training sessions focused on soft skills, communication, customer service, and leadership development.
- Coordinate IGNITE Workforce & Employee Development (WED) training calendars, logistics, and facilitators.
- Support professional development sessions, workshops, and guest speaker events.
- Track training participation and assist with Learning Management System (LMS) reporting.
- Contribute to shaping the future expansion of the IGNITE training center.
- 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or combined HR and Learning & Development role.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to balance dual responsibilities effectively.
- Experience in multi-site or skilled trades environments is a plus.
