Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Regional IT Infrastructure Lead to oversee IT infrastructure strategy, manage regional operations, and ensure seamless technology delivery. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align infrastructure initiatives with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Strategy: Define and implement regional IT infrastructure roadmaps.
• Systems Management: Oversee servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Security Oversight: Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and safeguard systems.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Regional Leadership: Manage IT teams across multiple sites and provide strategic direction.
• Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with technology partners and service providers.
• Innovation: Explore new technologies to strengthen infrastructure capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, and enterprise systems.
• Expertise in virtualization, storage solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to deliver IT infrastructure solutions in multinational or regional environments, ideally within the GCC.

Pay: Up to RO2,950.000 per month
