Regional Logistics Manager

Main Purpose of the Job:

To ensure secondary distribution in the factory territory maintaining service levels at optimum cost. Being compliant in storage & transport, focusing on Sustainability, Safety and Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver operational KPIs consistently
• Manage warehouse costs and drive savings initiatives
• Maintain and enforce safety standards
• Build a future-ready operation with automation and digital integration
• Coach and mentor the warehouse team to strengthen capability
• Improve productivity through better output-to-manpower ratios
• Enhance vehicle fill rate and reduce turnaround time
• Strengthen value chain quality including loading patterns and zero damage/shortage goals
• Drive direct customer invoicing
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations for two factories
• Manage external warehouses and co-packers

Skills & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech (Any stream)
• 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Strong background in warehouse operations
• SAP working knowledge
• Experience in warehouse layout/design and E2E warehouse flow
• High people management capability across blue-collar and white-collar teams
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
