Regional Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Manager to oversee admissions, marketing, and outreach activities in the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for team handling, business development, and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and lead the regional team to achieve enrollment goals.
• Plan and execute admission drives, seminars, and promotional events.
• Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and consultants.
• Coordinate with the central office for marketing and communication support.
• Monitor regional market trends and generate new leads.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in education, admissions, or regional operations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
