Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field,
• 5+ years of experience in network development or regional management (Retail, FMCG, Logistics), with experience in leasing or distribution channels,
• Proven experience in negotiations with key partners,
• Team management and network scaling experience,
• Strong communication and analytical skills,
• Willingness to travel, valid driver’s license,
• Languages: Turkish and Russian required (English is a plus),

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure locations, lead negotiations, and contract execution.
• Launch and scale the network, oversee installations.
• Oversees the execution and administration of lease agreements.
• Manage the regional team.
• Develop partnerships and agree on commercial terms.
• Analyze performance and optimize network coverage.
• Reporting and coordination with HQ.
