Location: Colorado Front Range (Denver, Colorado Springs & Pueblo). Based out of our Denver Office.

We are looking for a driven Regional Property Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to take ownership of our onsite-managed properties from Denver down to Pueblo. Because our onsite division is rapidly expanding, this isn't just a maintenance role—this is an operations and strategy role. You will have the autonomy to design and implement your own systems to optimize operations. What You’ll Do

• Design & Optimize Systems: Bring your operational expertise to the table. We want you to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and create the processes and playbooks that will scale our onsite operations.
• Empower Your Team: Supervise, mentor, and coach Resident Managers and in-house maintenance staff. Foster a positive, solutions-focused culture where accountability and high customer service standards thrive.
• Drive Portfolio Performance: Keep a pulse on occupancy, leasing velocity, renewal rates, and delinquency. Ensure unit turns are executed swiftly and conduct regular site inspections to guarantee peak property conditions.
• Cultivate Client Relationships: Act as the primary strategic partner for property owners in your portfolio. Communicate proactively, resolve challenges, and develop deep, trust-based relationships.
• Fuel Our Growth: Identify and capture opportunities to bring in new property management clients. Seamlessly onboard new owners and collaborate with executive leadership on expansion initiatives.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years of multi-site or regional leadership experience in multifamily property management. (You know the corporate ropes, but you're ready for an entrepreneurial environment).
• The Systems Mindset: A proven ability to look at operations, spot inefficiencies, and develop systems from scratch to optimize them.
• Leadership: A track record of successfully managing both operational and in-house maintenance teams.
• Skillset: Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of leasing, resident relations, and owner communications.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio highly preferred).
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel. An active Real Estate license is preferred.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
