A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our team as Regional Manager /Assistant Regional Manager for Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage regional sales operations

* Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives

* Develop and execute effective sales strategies

* Manage and motivate field force teams

* Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities

* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

* 7–10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including team management

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets

* Ability to analyze market data and drive business performance

* Willingness to travel within the region
