Job Overview:
We are looking for a Regional Manager with a strong background in Pharmaceuticals or Banking to lead and manage our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in team leadership, business development, and strategic management. This role requires a results-driven professional who can oversee multiple projects, drive sales growth, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage regional real estate operations, ensuring targets and goals are met.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow real estate business.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8-12 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, Banking, or related sectors, preferably with exposure to real estate operations or investment.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and manage high-value projects.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or relevant field; MBA preferred.
