We are expanding our footprint across hospitality, wellness, retail, and corporate channels, and are seeking a dynamic leader to drive our sales strategy and execution.


Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager, South will be responsible for leading Nyla’s sales organization in the , defining growth strategies and driving revenue across south region. This role requires a visionary sales leader with proven expertise in premium FMCG, beverages, or luxury consumer goods.


Key Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales across HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), wellness centers, retail chains, corporates
  • Work closely with distributors for coverage & reorders
  • Establish Connect with Purchase Managers and Introductions to our systems and distributors.
  • Drive visibility and premium placements
  • Build pipeline for future city expansion
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure retention and growth
  • Educate service staff and management on Nyla’s value proposition, sustainability story, and usage
  • Drive account loyalty through consistent engagement, problem resolution, and proactive support
  • Partner with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure timely delivery, margin optimization, and compliance.


Qualifications & Experience

MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing/Business Management.

12–18 years of progressive experience in FMCG, beverages, or luxury consumer brands, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

Strong relationships within hospitality, retail, and wellness ecosystems preferred.

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
