As part of our regional expansion, GreenTech is strengthening its local presence and is seeking experienced professionals to lead market development in key GCC countries.
Role Overview
The Regional / Area Manager will be responsible for developing GreenTech’s commercial presence in the assigned country, with a strong focus on government entities, municipalities, utilities and industrial players. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role combining strategic market development with hands-on execution. The role requires close coordination with the central team and direct reporting to the Business Development Manager and the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Partnerships

Develop and execute the local go-to-market strategy in alignment with GreenTech’s regional objectives

Identify, engage and manage relationships with government entities, municipalities, utilities and industrial stakeholders

Build and nurture strategic partnerships and pilot project opportunities
Commercial & Project Support

Generate qualified leads and support the structuring of pilot and commercial projects

Contribute to the preparation of proposals, MoUs, LOIs and commercial discussions

Support local market intelligence, regulatory mapping and competitive analysis
Representation & Coordination

Act as GreenTech’s local representative in meetings, events and industry forums

Coordinate closely with technical, operations and management teams to align market needs and project execution

Ensure consistent communication and reporting to headquarters
Qualifications & Experience
-
4+ years of experience in business development, sales or market development within energy, waste management, utilities, infrastructure or industrial sectors

Proven experience working with large organizations, government entities, municipalities or state-owned companies

Strong local network and in-depth knowledge of the assigned country’s market

Demonstrated ability to engage with institutional and industrial stakeholders

Fluent in English and Arabic (both mandatory)

Resident in the country of application (mandatory)
