Job Description

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed set goals
• Regional team management (training, motivation, performance monitoring)
• Maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients, as well as developing new opportunities for collaboration
• Monitoring the market, competition and trends in order to create recommendations to improve results
• Ensuring compliance with all internal policies and industry-related legal regulations
• Regular reporting and presentation of results to management

Job Requirements

• Completed higher education (economics, management or related fields)
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, distribution or a management role, preferably in the FMCG or tobacco industry
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make strategic decisions
• Good knowledge of English and working with MS Office
