Regional Marketing Coordinator - Pharmaceutical Research

Affiliated Clinical Research, Inc. is seeking an outstanding Regional Marketing Coordinator to join our team and begin a career in the pharmaceutical research industry.

The Regional Marketing Coordinator position offers the opportunity start a career in pharmaceutical research working with physicians, patients, major pharmaceutical companies, and regulatory agencies as FDA approval is sought for new treatment and medication options in the United States. Title: Regional Marketing Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time (In person)

Location: Las Vegas Medical District

Expected Salary: $44,000 to $54,000 per annum

Schedule and Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 40 hours per week (9:00am – 6:00pm)

Position Description and Responsibilities:

• Perform patient consultation and recruitment for clinical trials
• Learn study inclusion and exclusion criteria to assess patient eligibility
• Create and design print and digital advertisements for regional campaigns
• Manage internet and social media advertising to generate patient referrals
• Update and maintain the company website
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Maintain an accurate patient database

Preferred Education: College degree (any field)

Preferred Experience:

• No prior clinical research required
• Customer service and/or administrative experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Calendar
• Internet and social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Advertisement design and creation (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
