Mid-East & Africa Business Group (MEABG)
Driving TCL's expansion across the Middle East and Africa, we're building an AI x IoT ecosystem around our smart display solutions and home appliance portfolio (air conditioners, refrigerators, washers), as well as smart devices. Our mission is to become the region's leading smart home solutions provider. MEABG employs 400+ professionals across nationalities. Operations span the Middle East and Africa through 5 subsidiaries: Pakistan, UAE (Dubai), Turkey, South Africa, and Morocco, as well as 4 regions: East Africa, North Africa, West Africa, Saudi Arabia.
TCL is hiring a marketing data expert with 3 to 5 years of experience to take ownership of our regional data operations. This role manages data automation, transformation and reporting across multiple MEA countries, ensuring reliable dashboards, unified metrics and actionable insights for cross functional teams. In addition, the role carries a secondary responsibility of reviewing the quality and consistency of social media presence across new and existing MEA pages.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Infrastructure and Automation
-
Build and maintain automated data pipelines to collect, clean and transform marketing data across 8 or more MEA countries
-
Manage multi-source connections including GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, DV360, Organic social APIs, Google Trends, and custom country data sources
-
Maintain data warehouses or cloud storage setups such as BigQuery, GCP, or Snowflake
-
Develop repeatable processes for ingesting new data sources when new countries or business lines are added
-
Reporting and Visualization
-
Create and maintain dashboards across digital channels, social platforms, and SEO
-
Build automated reports using tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
-
Ensure standardization of metrics across all markets so the regional hub has unified and comparable reporting
-
Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packs for senior management
-
Data Analysis and Insight Generation
-
Analyze trends, identify patterns, and provide meaningful insights that guide marketing decisions, budget allocations and channel optimizations
-
Support business units with deep dives on campaign performance, audience behaviour, funnel performance, and product category insights
-
Highlight risks and opportunities using data
-
Respond to ad hoc analysis needs from the digital, social, pr and brand teams
-
Stakeholder Enablement
-
Work with country teams and agency partners to ensure data accuracy and proper source tagging
-
Train internal stakeholders on how to use dashboards, interpret data and extract insights
-
Build access-ready data views for each department to improve self-serve analytics
-
Social Media Quality Monitoring
-
Track social media presence and quality across all MEA markets, especially new pages
-
Monitor posting frequency, content quality, brand consistency, monthly activity, community interaction and general page hygiene
-
Highlight issues to country teams and ensure corrective action
-
Prepare monthly social presence benchmarking for internal stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience

Core Data Skills
-
Experience working with data from sources like GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Social Media Organic APIs and other such platforms
-
Ability to transform raw datasets and tables using SQL and data wrangling tools
-
Experience working with data warehouse environments such as BigQuery
-
Familiarity with API pulls or no-code connectors such as Supermetrics or Funnel
-
Visualization Skills
-
Strong working knowledge of Looker Studio plus at least one additional BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau
-
Ability to design intuitive dashboards for non-technical stakeholders
-
Analytical Skills

Proven ability to analyze marketing data and produce clear, actionable insights

Strong understanding of attribution, funnels, performance marketing KPIs, SEO and social media metrics

Ability to explain complex data in simple language to senior non-technical stakeholders

Marketing Data Experience

Experience working with multi-market digital marketing data

Understanding of KPIs across paid media, organic social, and web analytics

Familiarity with competitor benchmarking via social public data, share of voice tools, Google Trends and category search insights
