Role Overview:
The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing regional marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and business growth across the assigned state for Loan Against Property (LAP - Microfinance) and Machine Loans. The role demands strong leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
· Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with organizational goals and business targets.
· Drive on-ground lead generation initiatives, focusing on high-impact activities for LAP and Machine Loans.
· Ensure seamless coordination between marketing and sales teams to tailor campaigns as per local market dynamics and customer insights.
2. Team Management & Leadership
· Lead, train, and motivate a team of Marketing Executives to deliver business objectives and optimize regional performance.
· Establish clear KPIs and monitor activity performance to ensure productivity and accountability.
3. Channel & Partner Engagement
· Identify, onboard, and manage key channel partners, including Common Service Centers (CSCs), manufacturing associations, and industry networks, to strengthen lead pipelines.
· Foster long-term relationships through regular engagement programs, co-branded activities, and joint initiatives.
4. Branding & Activation
· Plan and execute branding initiatives, CSR activations, and regional engagement campaigns to enhance brand visibility and recall.
· Drive local-level co-branding opportunities to build credibility and trust among target audiences.
5. Vendor & Event Management
· Manage external vendors and agency partners to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of marketing campaigns and events.
· Oversee end-to-end logistics, budgeting, and quality standards for all marketing activations.
6. Market Intelligence & Reporting
· Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine strategies.
· Generate weekly and monthly reports on performance metrics, business outcomes, and campaign effectiveness.
· Leverage data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve ROI on marketing spends.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM preferred).
· 4–6 years of relevant experience in regional or field marketing, preferably within BFSI/NBFC sectors.
· Proven experience in lead generation, partner marketing, and on-ground brand activations.
· Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Creative thinker with a results-oriented and analytical mindset.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
