We are seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Regional Marketing Manager (ASEAN) to join our company. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in product sales and distribution across the ASEAN region

The Successful Applicants:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5 + years of marketing experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-country marketing strategies across Asia.
  • Experience in the China market is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market share across Asia.
  • Provide leadership in planning and executing campaigns tailored to diverse markets, with a focus on China and Southeast Asia.
  • Collaborate with local country marketing teams to ensure alignment with regional and global strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis, consumer insights, and competitor benchmarking to support decision-making.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and track ROI of campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, product, trade marketing) to maximize business impact.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
