Regional Medical Lead (Senior GP or Family Medicine Specialist)


Our prestigious multinational client is a strong market leader within the Artificial Intelligence and Healthcare technology field and the first mobile, at-home complete health screening platform in both Europe and the UAE.

Currently, they are looking to hire a DHA licensed Regional Medical Director to lead their prestigious team of healthcare professionals who are all practicing remotely in the longevity and integrative healthcare space.


Important to note is that initially this role requires employment for 1 day a week. Your work week will gradually ramp up to a full-time role by the end of Q1, 2026. At this time though, we require a Senior GP or a Family Medicine Specialist who can obtain an NOC from their current employer /or who is self-employed, who wants to spend 8 hours/1 day a week organically building the service by using international best practices and own experience.

The initial salary (1 to 2 days per week) ranges from €5k–€7k per month where it will be adjusted as hours increase.

The role:


The regional Medical lead oversees the clinical, operational, and regulatory aspects of a telemedicine or virtual healthcare service. Their main role is to ensure that patient care delivered remotely meets the same quality, safety, and ethical standards as in-person care.

In essence they combine advanced diagnostics: blood biomarkers, body composition, comprehensive gut health, VO₂, cardiac check, and spectrometry with AI-powered insights and human expert guidance to ensure superior We are looking to find a clinical lead/director.


The Clinical Lead / Medical Director will ensure:


Oversee and unify the medical team (GP, nutritionist, longevity specialist).

Validate and standardise SOP’s across diagnostics and consultations.

Shape the algorithm and interpretation logic behind our AI-driven insights.

Ensure governance, compliance, and clinical credibility as we expand.



Key performance Indicators:


Experienced in medical governance specifically in the UAE

Verify the quality and ethical standards of practitioners’ work

To provide clinical oversight over others

To take regulatory accountability for the company and people

Quality and standard assurance for the company and people

Ensuring credibility, compliance and trust

Contribute to the interpretation of user test results and provide expert consultations

Level of involvement building protocols, design and implement SOP's

Level of involvement in managing necessary communications (Internal and external)

Level of involvement focused on LLM (large language model) development


Quality Assurance


Validate practitioner onboarding and credential verification

Attend bi-weekly / monthly quality meetings with the operations team and management

Ensure compliance with local health authorities (e.g., DHA, MOH, DOH) and international accreditation standards


Strategic Leadership & Governance


Provide clinical leadership and direction to ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based healthcare services

Ensure all clinical practices comply with DHA/MOHAP regulations

Adhere to medical advertising laws i.e. guidelines, rules and restrictions

Approve final versions of disclaimers, consent forms, report templates and other relevant administrative outputs

Serve as the official primary to the regional medical authority

Develop, implement, and oversee clinical policies, protocols, and standards of care.

Be primary contact point with local health authorities

Align medical objectives with organizational goals and regulatory requirements


Clinical Oversight


Supervise and support physicians to maintain optimal patient outcomes.

Ensure compliance with local health authorities (e.g., DHA, MOH, DOH) and international accreditation standards


Recruitment, Training & Development


Oversee recruitment, credentialing, and appraisal of clinical staff


Regulatory & Ethical Compliance


Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare laws, ethics, and licensing standards.

Review and approve medical documentation, clinical guidelines, and research activities.


Operational Collaboration


Work closely with administrative leadership to balance clinical and operational priorities.

Support new service development and innovation in patient care delivery.


Patient & Community Engagement


Uphold patient-centered care and advocate for quality, safety, and satisfaction.

Address patient concerns and lead initiatives to improve healthcare experience.

Represent the organization in community health programs and professional forums.
