Regional Network Development & Management (Automotive Industry Focus)

[Core Responsibilities]
- Regional Network Planning & Development
- Formulate annual dealer network development plans based on the automotive consumption landscape of Dubai and target markets, optimizing outlet layouts to fill market gaps.
- Conduct inspections, screening, and business negotiations with potential importers and dealers to facilitate cooperation and ensure the breadth and quality of network coverage.
- Dealership Construction Standards & Acceptance
- Strictly enforce the Group's overseas dealership image standards (SI/VI). Lead the blueprint review, construction follow-up, and final acceptance of newly developed outlets to ensure compliance with brand specifications.
- Collaborate with headquarters and local teams to promote the standardized implementation of localized assembly (if applicable), showrooms, and after-sales workshop hardware facilities.
- Sales Execution & Network Operations Management
- Develop sales, order, and vehicle delivery plans for the assigned region. Track terminal sales progress, inventory turnover, and vehicle flow, optimizing inventory management strategies.
- Support and guide local importers in planning and executing marketing activities such as auto shows and promotions to boost terminal sales; conduct regular business analysis and reviews to help dealers improve profitability.
- After-Sales System & Compliance Assurance
- Promote the construction of after-sales service capabilities for importers and dealers in the region. Implement spare parts supply, technical support, and warranty policies to enhance end-customer satisfaction.
- Be familiar with and control overseas automotive industry regulations, import/export compliance, and local certification standards. Collaborate to advance regional vehicle certification and compliance access, mitigating overseas operational risks.
[Qualifications]
- Automotive Industry Background (Core Mandatory Requirement)
- Must possess a solid background in the automotive industry. Prior experience in the overseas division of an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), a large automotive export enterprise, or a multinational automotive dealership group is highly preferred.
- Proficient in the entire overseas automotive sales process, with a deep understanding of dealer network construction models, consumer habits, and after-sales service systems in LHD (Left-Hand Drive) markets (such as the Middle East, Turkey, Israel, etc.).
- Education & Language
- Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Language Requirements: Proficient in English with excellent reading, writing, and business negotiation skills, capable of using English as the daily working language. Proficiency in Arabic or German is a significant plus.
- Work Experience & Skills
- 2-5 years or more of relevant experience in the automotive industry. Prior practical experience in overseas dealer management, dealership acceptance, and cross-cultural operations is highly preferred.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently interfacing with overseas importers, local dealers, and domestic headquarters to integrate overseas resources and achieve information closed-loops.
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and review capabilities. Highly resilient and able to adapt to the pace of overseas business travel and expatriate work.
- Must align with Dongfeng Motor's corporate culture and possess a high sense of responsibility and execution.
Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per hour
