Regional Officer – Job Description

The Regional Officer is responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and supporting the effective implementation of programs within assigned schools and regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, operational procedures, and official protocols

- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned schools and/or regions

- Conduct regular monitoring visits and prepare timely field reports

- Supervise, guide, and support field staff, teachers, and school management where required

- Maintain accurate records related to staff, enrollment, attendance, infrastructure, and operational activities

- Coordinate with local communities, education authorities, and other stakeholders

- Represent the organization during meetings, inspections, official visits, and events

- Address concerns and issues raised by parents, teachers, school administrations, or community representatives

- Organize and facilitate trainings, orientations, meetings, and events

- Manage logistics and arrangements for audits, inspections, and field visits

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety standards, and safeguarding policies

- Identify operational, administrative, or compliance-related risks and report them to management

- Monitor the implementation and progress of organizational programs and initiatives in the field

- Submit regular updates, reports, and feedback to management

- Perform any other duties assigned by management relevant to the role

Reporting Line

Reports to: Program Manager / Senior Management

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage field operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

- Good reporting, documentation, and organizational skills

- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions

- Ability to work independently and manage field-related challenges effectively

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
