Role Overview

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of multiple Malama branches within a specific region. The role ensures operational excellence, brand consistency, cost control, and strong team performance across all locations.

This position plays a key role in maintaining high service standards and supporting business growth.

• Manage daily operations across assigned branches within the region
• Ensure consistent implementation of Malama’s operating standards and procedures
• Monitor branch performance, including sales, costs, service quality, and KPIs
• Lead, coach, and support branch managers and multi-unit leaders
• Ensure operational readiness for new branch openings
• Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
