Location: Washington, DC & Maryland Region (Multiple Sites)

Position Summary:

The Regional Operations Support Supervisor plays a critical role in delivering high-quality office services across multiple client sites, including universities, legal offices, and healthcare facilities. This position provides both leadership and hands-on support for campus mail and package processing, office services, and print/copy operations. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, customer-focused, and knowledgeable in print production and mailroom workflows, with the ability to step into various roles and locations as needed. Daily and weekly assignments will vary based on need and are subject to change daily with little to no notice. This position is responsible for covering open vacancies and offering supplementary labor during special initiatives or periods of high demand. The position is not eligible for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site operational support and leadership across multiple client locations.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of mailroom services including inbound/outbound mail, package handling, and campus distribution.
  • Operate and troubleshoot print, copy, and scanning equipment; ensure quality control and timely output.
  • Support office services such as document management, supply inventory, and reception coverage.
  • Travel regularly between client sites in the DC and Maryland region; mileage reimbursed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • This role necessitates the capacity to remain on one’s feet for eight hours per shift and includes routine tasks involving standing, bending, and lifting. At times in adverse weather conditions

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in office services, mailroom operations, or print production.
  • Strong working knowledge of print/copy equipment (e.g., Canon, Ricoh, Xerox) and related software.
  • Ability to lift and move packages and operate mailroom equipment (e.g., postage meters, sorters).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple sites and adapt to changing client needs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in higher education, legal, or healthcare environments .
  • Familiarity with shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and mail tracking systems.
  • Basic troubleshooting and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
