Regional OTR Driver - Home Weekly

Job Description:
Join a family-owned trucking company that knows your name, not your truck number. We’re looking for dedicated CDL Class A drivers to haul Van and Reefer or Flatbed Freight. Pay & Miles

• Flatbed: Earn a percentage of the linehaul for outbound loads, and $0.54 – $0.64 per mile on your return load
• Van & Reefer: Earn $0.54 – $0.64 per mile
• Weekly pay ranges from $1,350–$1,900 ($70,000 - $100k annual)
• Average miles are 2300-2500, and can run up to 3000+ (weekly)
• Extra pay for tarping
• Paid for picks, drops, detention, and layovers
• Longevity Pay to reward your commitment.
• Qualify for additional 5 ½ CPM for meeting safety standards
• Referral Bonus pay

Home Time & Routes

• Home weekly for 2 consecutive nights (if preferred)
• Regional OTR routes
• Van & Reefer: No-touch freight

Equipment & Comfort

• Get assigned a clean truck – no slip-seating
• Late-model International LT625s (average age: 18 months)

Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Minimum 6 months of experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed). No Flatbed experience? We’ll train you.
• Steady work history (no more than 2 companies per year)
Driving record:

• • No more than 4 minor violations in 3 years
  • No more than 1 preventable accident in 3 years
  • No DUI or SAP convictions in the past 3 years
