Position Overview:
We are hiring a high-performing Regional Partnership Executive to aggressively expand our footprint across Florida. This is a true hunter role focused on building executive-level relationships and closing partnerships that drive measurable patient enrollment growth. Responsibilities:
Prospect, engage, and close partnerships with hospitals, health systems, ACOs, and health plans
Build and own relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers
Deliver compelling, high-impact presentations that drive action
Partner with internal Operations and account leadership to operationalize deals to the finish line Consistently generate new business and secure contracts that produce daily patient referrals
Own a clear growth target
Maintain a strong pipeline and move deals forward with urgency
Travel throughout Florida to win and expand key accounts
Operate independently while delivering against aggressive growth expectations

Qualifications:
5+ years of healthcare sales experience — must be a proven closer
Demonstrated success selling into hospitals, health systems, or health plans
Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite leadership
Deep understanding of Medicare, value-based care, and healthcare economics
Highly driven, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
Ability to build trust quickly and close complex deals
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must have a car, laptop, mobile phone, and reliable internet

Pay: From $35.38 per year
