Position Summary:
Bimbo QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) is a global bakery leader, proudly supporting quick service restaurant chains, retail, and foodservice around the world with high-quality buns, artisan rolls and sweet baked goods. The company has more than 65 years of experience and operates 49 high-speed bakeries located in more than 23 countries. The Regional People Manager is responsible for leading and executing People strategies that support business goals across U.S. operations. This role partners with senior leadership to drive talent management, organizational development, associate engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can influence change, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure alignment with global People standards.
Position Requirements:

Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive People experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

Proven success in managing People functions across multiple U.S. locations or business units.

Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, compliance, and People best practices.

Experience in talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead change and influence at all levels of the organization.

Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
