Job Overview:
ABN Texas (Salalah Branch) is seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Petroleum Manager to lead and oversee petroleum operations across the region. The role involves driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maximizing profitability while managing key stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee regional petroleum operations, including production, distribution, and supply chain activities
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize performance and profitability
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of regional operations
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of safety and high performance
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
• Ensure effective risk management and operational continuity across all sites

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
• Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in the oil & gas or petroleum industry, with leadership responsibilities
• Strong understanding of upstream, midstream, or downstream operations
• Proven experience in strategic planning, operations management, and business development
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
