Summary of Position:

Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Regional Practice Marketing Manager will play an important role in driving practice growth for Orthodontic Partners (OP) leading implementation of the OP marketing playbooks, driving new patient growth in their portfolio of practices, and supporting the rollout of the treatment coordinator, Retainer Guarantee, and other sales playbooks. They will be required to manage activity with our field marketing resources, partner doctors, marketing agencies, and operational leadership across a variety of projects and activities.

Essential Job Function:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the OP marketing team, regional leaders, and practices. Partner with regional leaders to align on priority practices and execute plans to drive new patient growth, referrals, and overall production.
  • Lead marketing onboarding for new practices, including training on key marketing playbooks (Referral Marketing, Digital Marketing, Adult Treatment, USP, etc.) and implementation of new products.
  • Own and lead structured onboarding processes for Marketing Coordinators and Practice Managers; provide hands-on training and direct support (in-person and remote).
  • Manage and execute key marketing projects such as rebrands, new associate onboarding, de novo openings, location closures, website updates, SEO projects, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Coach Marketing Coordinators to strengthen referral outreach and drive new patient growth in line with practice goals.
  • Lead building and execution of practice campaign strategies (seasonal promotions, practice-specific initiatives, internal contests, incentives, and customer-facing campaigns) to support growth in referrals, new patients, production, and patient lifetime value.
  • Regularly share performance updates with practices, identifying opportunities to improve digital and referral marketing results.
  • Lead quarterly Marketing Forums for coordinator development and alignment on key playbooks, including preparing data, materials, and speakers.
  • Coordinate pilots of new marketing tactics, providing reporting and documenting best practices for future use.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including creative development, platform setup, approvals, budgets, and reporting.
  • Conduct market pricing analyses as needed.
  • Produce or coordinate creative content such as press releases, website content, landing pages, flyers, and ads.
  • Manage marketing expenses and budgets; provide regular updates to leadership and finance, and support practices in optimizing local spend for ROI.
  • Complete assigned tasks related to the OP integration checklist.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with Outlook suite, Illustrator, etc.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
