A multinational technology company is seeking a Principal, Employee Relations to develop and lead the Employee Relations strategy for the APAC and MENA regions. This role requires at least 10 years of experience in employee relations, with a strong capability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. The Principal will focus on creating positive workplace relations and developing training programs. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor or advanced degree and will thrive in a collaborative culture.
