Job Description:

We are a growing Food Manufacturing & Export Company engaged in processing dehydrated vegetables, fruits, spices, and agro-based raw materials. We are seeking a Regional Procurement & Sourcing Manager who will manage end-to-end purchasing operations and is open to frequent travel across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure vegetables, fruits, and agro raw materials from farmers, mandis, aggregators, and suppliers
• Build and manage a strong multi-state supplier network
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and supply terms for bulk procurement
• Plan seasonal sourcing to ensure continuous availability of raw materials
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams
• Conduct supplier visits, audits, and quality checks
• Track market trends, crop cycles, and price movements
• Maintain procurement documentation and vendor coordination
• Travel extensively for sourcing, supplier meetings, and market visits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in agro procurement / fresh produce sourcing
• Knowledge of vegetable and fruit supply chains
• Existing sourcing network in Maharashtra, MP, or Gujarat is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to handle seasonal and bulk procurement
• Must be open to frequent travel across states

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
