Job summary: The Regional Program Manager reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for internal / external training and managing of all programs within region, ensuring prompt communication of all purchase incentives and promotions to program dealers while continuously improving and growing all facets of the K&M Tire Marketing department.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Protect the K&M Tire brand.
2. Provide training, leadership and direction to sales team and cultivate K&M Tire’s program sales culture.
3. Be an ambassador to K&M Tires Mission, Vision and Values for all internal / external customers and vendors.
4. Make it easy and convenient to do business with K&M Tire.
5. Be positive and react quickly. Show concern for problems and act accordingly.
6. Have in-depth understanding of all programs and assist our dealers or salespeople in interpreting their rules and promotions (whenever held).
7. Keep up with any program changes and update the sales team and customers promptly.
8. Act as a liaison between K&M Tire and our valued program partner vendors.
9. Track and record all approved program dealer nominations via internal communication / monthly communication.
10. Conduct monthly updates to sales / customers of the Mr. Tire/Big 3 Tire Dealer program.
11. Analyze monthly/quarterly/annually, program dealers for both compliance and bonus opportunities.
12. Assist in the continuous improvement of FDRIVE > marketing organization.
13. Assist in the continuous improvement of marketing intranet functionality.
14. Help assist and manage the Annual K&M Tire Dealer Conference.
15. Assist with Regional Marketing Fund Expenditures and Accruals.
16. Assist in the continuous improvement of Weblink in terms of creating and adding palatable program information for dealer compliance.
17. All other tasks assigned to help obtain the goals of K&M Tire.

Regional Program Manager Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Five-year tire industry sales / marketing experience, three-year professional management experience
