Position: Regional Property Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities, including new developments in lease-up as well as stabilized Class A assets. This role is responsible for driving performance across all phases of the asset lifecycle—from initial lease-up through long-term operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead lease-up initiatives for new developments, driving absorption and achieving stabilization targets
  • Maintain high occupancy and rent growth across stabilized, Class A communities
  • Drive revenue optimization through strategic pricing, expense control, and resident retention
  • Ensure delivery of premium resident experience aligned with Class A standards
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the portfolio
  • Ensure accurate and timely performance reporting
  • Partner with asset management on business plans and long-term asset positioning
  • Provide leadership and development to the on-site team, including hiring, training, and performance feedback
  • Ensure consistency in leasing execution, customer experience, and policy compliance
  • Oversee physical asset conditions, including curb appeal, amenity standards, and unit readiness

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of multifamily property management experience
  • Proven success managing both lease-up communities and stabilized Class A assets
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Yardi and other property management software.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Experience leading teams across multiple communities
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the portfolio
