Position: Regional Property Manager
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities, including new developments in lease-up as well as stabilized Class A assets. This role is responsible for driving performance across all phases of the asset lifecycle—from initial lease-up through long-term operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead lease-up initiatives for new developments, driving absorption and achieving stabilization targets

Maintain high occupancy and rent growth across stabilized, Class A communities

Drive revenue optimization through strategic pricing, expense control, and resident retention

Ensure delivery of premium resident experience aligned with Class A standards

Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the portfolio

Ensure accurate and timely performance reporting

Partner with asset management on business plans and long-term asset positioning

Provide leadership and development to the on-site team, including hiring, training, and performance feedback

Ensure consistency in leasing execution, customer experience, and policy compliance

Oversee physical asset conditions, including curb appeal, amenity standards, and unit readiness
Qualifications

5–10+ years of multifamily property management experience

Proven success managing both lease-up communities and stabilized Class A assets

4-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Knowledge of Yardi and other property management software.

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

Experience leading teams across multiple communities

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Willingness to travel regularly within the portfolio
