Job Title: Regional Revenue Manager – Multi-Property Hotel Portfolio
Region: GA, AL & Jacksonville, FL Markets
Location: Remote

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Regional Revenue Manager to oversee revenue strategy and performance for a portfolio of hotels located throughout Georgia, Alabama, and the Jacksonville, Florida market. This position is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of hotel revenue management, market analysis, and pricing strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving RevPAR growth, maximizing market share, and collaborating closely with hotel operations and sales teams to achieve financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans for a portfolio of hotels
  • Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, demand patterns, and forecasting data to optimize hotel performance
  • Manage daily pricing, inventory controls, restrictions, and distribution strategies across all channels
  • Conduct weekly and monthly revenue meetings with property leadership teams
  • Monitor STR reports, pace reports, pickup trends, and market share performance
  • Collaborate with Corporate Director Revenue & Sales, Sales, and Operations teams to drive overall hotel profitability
  • Optimize OTA performance and channel mix strategies
  • Ensure brand compliance and best practices for revenue management systems and reporting
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and revenue analysis reports for ownership and executive leadership
  • Identify opportunities for increased ADR, occupancy, and ancillary revenue growth
  • Assist with new hotel transitions, system implementations, and revenue training as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of multi-property hotel revenue management experience required
  • Hilton or IHG revenue certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management principles, forecasting, and pricing strategy
  • Experience with Lighthouse, Koddi, OTA extranets, and hotel distribution platforms highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and reporting tools
  • Experience with hotel PMS, CRS, and RMS systems required
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Hospitality-focused mindset with strong leadership and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and reporting tools
  • Experience with hotel PMS, CRS, and RMS systems required
