:

Market Research – Lead Generation & Management.

Structured leadership towards Sales process Management and Key Account Management

Evaluation of Country specific Business opportunities, Identifying Local Associates / Partners

Hands-on experience in front-ending with clients in Africa.

Proposal review and Coordination with BU Delivery / Sales teams.

Coordination between BUs, Associate and Client for Proposal / EOI preparation and Submission.

Country and Project Risk Assessment.

Formation of NDAs / Cooperation Agreement.

Consortium & Partnership Formation for Bidding.

Leading the Proposal Submission.

Create Strong Pipelines to meet targets & use the Lead Management System

Price Negotiation & Contract Negotiation.

Internal Execution Agreements with Associates.

Presentations to Client & Partner. Advocacy with Lenders and Institutions.
