This is mid-level position for growing net new business and new business pipeline for leading Sales & Client Relationship Management, grow new relationships to harness the upcoming trends in engineering services industry.


The role holder must have deep understanding of market & competition of African markets in Engineering Services industry to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise. Candidate must develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients, by understanding of key customer needs and requirements


Candidates with experience in Oil & Gas / Mining & Metallurgy / Infrastructure / Petro chemicals / Power / EPC / OEM industries preferred.


Candidates with 8 - 12 years of experience in Engineering services industry .


Job Description :

  • Market Research – Lead Generation & Management.
  • Structured leadership towards Sales process Management and Key Account Management
  • Evaluation of Country specific Business opportunities, Identifying Local Associates / Partners
  • Hands-on experience in front-ending with clients in Africa.
  • Proposal review and Coordination with BU Delivery / Sales teams.
  • Coordination between BUs, Associate and Client for Proposal / EOI preparation and Submission.
  • Country and Project Risk Assessment.
  • Formation of NDAs / Cooperation Agreement.
  • Consortium & Partnership Formation for Bidding.
  • Leading the Proposal Submission.
  • Create Strong Pipelines to meet targets & use the Lead Management System
  • Price Negotiation & Contract Negotiation.
  • Internal Execution Agreements with Associates.
  • Presentations to Client & Partner. Advocacy with Lenders and Institutions.
  • Create reports / dashboards for senior management.
  • Keep abreast with industry, market trends and best practices.
  • Competitive and Market Intelligence gathering.
  • Travelling frequently in the territory for meetings and customer engagements.
