Base Pay

$3,000 per month — guaranteed+commission

Commission Structure

Commission is calculated on net daily sales after payment plan processing fees are deducted.

Travel & Training StructureWeek 1 – Online Training

Fully paid online training and assessment completed from your current location.

Training covers:

  • Services and treatment portfolio
  • Consultation process
  • Sales framework
  • CRM systems
  • Compliance procedures

Includes a final readiness assessment.

Week 2 – In-Person Training (Florida)

Hands-on training at one of our client’s Florida locations including:

  • Live consultations
  • Real-world practice
  • Direct coaching from senior team members

You leave Florida ready to produce.

Deployment

You will be assigned to locations across the 8-state network based on business needs.

Assignments typically last 1 to 6 months per location.

Travel Coverage

All travel is 100% covered, including:

  • Flights
  • Housing
  • Car rental
  • Gas

You show up. Everything else is handled.

Growth Path

High performers who demonstrate consistent results and leadership capability may be considered for remote and leadership opportunities within 12–18 months.

What Your Day Looks Like

You arrive at the clinic.

Your consultations are already pre-booked — clients are already there.

You sit down with each person, listen carefully to what they want to achieve, and walk them through the services that are genuinely right for them.

The service menu includes advanced non-invasive aesthetic treatments, including:

  • Radio Frequency (RF)
  • Fractional RF
  • Cryotherapy
  • Cryo Slimming
  • EMS
  • Cavitation
  • Advanced skin treatments
  • Body contouring programs

You will learn the full service offering during training.

Your role includes:

  • Presenting treatment packages
  • Using financing and payment plan tools
  • Handling objections calmly and confidently
  • Closing consultations
  • Preparing for the next client

Top performers convert 75% – 85% or higher, not because they push — but because they listen and match clients to the right solutions.

Mandatory Travel Requirements

  • Valid REAL ID for domestic air travel
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License for company-provided rental vehicles
  • Ability to travel for 1–6 month assignments per location
  • Comfortable with temporary relocation to different cities and states
  • Personal credit card available for emergency travel expenses (fully reimbursed)

Qualifications

  • Experience in high-ticket consultative or solution-based sales — required
  • Proven ability to close high-value transactions with real clients — required
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Coachable and adaptable mindset
  • Willingness to learn a new service menu and system

No aesthetic or medical industry experience required. Full training is provided.
