Job Summary
The Sales Director will lead commercial expansion across Government, Healthcare and Energy sectors in the GCC region. This executive role is responsible for shaping strategic go-to-market initiatives, driving enterprise partnerships and managing full sales cycles for complex digital transformation and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting Government agencies, healthcare systems and energy enterprises across UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and proposal development to contract closure and revenue realization.
- Drive new logo acquisition while expanding strategic existing accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and solutions teams to refine sector-specific value propositions.
- Achieve and exceed revenue, pipeline and growth targets.
Strategic Partnerships & Sector Expansion
- Build and expand executive-level relationships within ministries, health authorities, hospital networks, insurers and national energy organizations.
- Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements including enterprise contracts and multi-year framework agreements.
- Monitor regulatory, funding and policy shifts to proactively align solutions with market priorities.
- Represent Fluxwave at industry events, government forums and strategic sector engagements.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build, lead and mentor a high-performing, sector-focused sales team.
- Implement sales governance, pipeline tracking, forecasting and performance KPIs.
- Foster strong collaboration between sales, delivery and product teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
- Create a performance-driven culture aligned with long-term growth objectives.
Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in digital transformation, enterprise technology, or AI solutions.
- Demonstrated success selling into Government, Healthcare and Energy sectors.
- Strong network across GCC decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Experience scaling and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
