Key Responsibilities
- Visit architects and interior designers to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Develop a strong regional network within the architecture and interior design community.
- Work on leads provided by the company and associated architects/interior designers.
- Generate new leads through networking, local outreach, and consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of regional leads and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with the reporting manager regarding progress and updates.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of all sales and project activities.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues and overall sales goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred).
- Candidates from electrical or construction-related fields are highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and meetings.
- Good understanding of smart home or electrical systems (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
