Key Responsibilities

  • Visit architects and interior designers to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Develop a strong regional network within the architecture and interior design community.
  • Work on leads provided by the company and associated architects/interior designers.
  • Generate new leads through networking, local outreach, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of regional leads and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups as needed.
  • Maintain regular communication with the reporting manager regarding progress and updates.
  • Ensure timely reporting and documentation of all sales and project activities.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues and overall sales goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred).
  • Candidates from electrical or construction-related fields are highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client visits and meetings.
  • Good understanding of smart home or electrical systems (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
