Job Title: Regional Sales Head – (Real Estate)

Location: Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, engage, and onboard potential investors for the company’s projects.

- Lead sales strategy development to drive investor acquisition and long-term partnerships.

- Cultivate strong relationships with HNIs, institutional investors, and financial consultants.

- Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to enhance investor pitch decks and positioning.

- Deliver compelling investment presentations highlighting ROI and project value propositions.

- Oversee end-to-end investor acquisition cycle with internal coordination for execution.

- Drive sales targets with support from a highly rewarding incentive model.

- Represent the organization in key investor forums, summits, and real estate events.

- Keep updated with policy changes, RERA norms, and real estate investment regulations.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in high-ticket sales, real estate investment, or financial services.

- Strong investor network (HNIs, UHNIs, funds, or institutions) is a major advantage.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Strategic thinking with sharp market awareness.

- Strong understanding of investment structuring and risk-return assessments.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
